GROWERS WARRANTY

Growers Mineral Solutions are warranted only to contain the nutrients specified on the label or supplied as a part of the order acknowledgement.  The directions for use of this product are the result of thirty years of fundamental research in addition to over forty years of commercial on-the-farm use.  Over half a century of experience and research stand behind this product.

The Growers' Recommendations For Using represents the opinion of experts based on research, use and field tests of Growers Mineral Solutions. The directions are believed to be reliable and should be followed carefully. It is, however, impossible to eliminate all risks and variables inherently associated with agriculture and the use of Growers Mineral Solutions.  Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result due to such factors as weather conditions, inferior seed, crop management or application, so called “Acts of God”, or the presence in the soil of materials such as herbicides, insecticides, fungicides or other foreign materials, all of which are beyond the control of Growers Chemical Corporation or the seller. All such risks shall be assumed by the buyer.

Excellent results can be expected when the product is used in accordance with Growers' Recommendations for Using.  Poor results can be expected if Growers Mineral Solutions are used with any material other than uncontaminated water in the application. Nothing expressed or implied shall change the Growers' Recommendations for Using, when the Growers product is used in conjunction with the product of another manufacturer regardless of the other manufacturers' recommendation.

Growers Chemical Corporation and the seller offer this product, and the buyer and user accept it, subject to the foregoing conditions of sale and Growers' Recommendations for Using,  and Growers Chemical Corporation's liability in any dispute shall be limited only to the replacement of the material.
