J. P. Henry
President of Growers. Joe
and his wife, Jeanette, have a daughter, Jennie.
They also have a pasture cow calf operation and
feed lot. They raise corn and alfalfa.

Mike Grube
Feed Specialist. Mike started
with us in 2001. Mike and his wife Janelle have
four daughters. Mike has a tremendous interest
in dairy cow genetics that dates back to some of
the very early breeding. Many of our dairy farmer
clientele have had very interesting discussions
with Mike.

Jim Halbeisen
Director of Research.
Jim started with us in November of 1994. Jim and
his wife Pat have two daughters and 1 granddaughter.
Jim farms on the weekends. Growers Mineral Solutions
has been used on his farm since 1955.

Jennie Henry
Coeditor of The Growers
Solution. Jennie and her husband Rick have one
son. "Born and raised with the Growers philosophy,
some of my favorite times are visiting customers.
So many of them have told me that they are having
so much more fun farming now that they are on the
Growers Program!"

Jim Johns
Assistant to the President
and coeditor of The Growers Solution. Started with
us in 1965. Jim and his wife Pat have two sons,
three daughters and five grandchildren. Jim is
an avid sailor and a keen observer of the variable
Great Lakes weather.

Deb Leathem
Secretary: Started with
us in 1991. Deb and her husband, Jim, have instilled
a love of animals in their son and daughter. Their
daughter is a first year vet student at Ohio State
University, specializing in large animals. Deb
enjoys livestock and pasture management with the
utilization of clean products.

Alan McGinn
Traffic Manager: Alan joins
our family here at the Milan office with over 25
years experience in trucking associated fields. "My
goal is to help improve the working relationship
between the office, the drivers, and our customers.
Any questions or suggestions are highly welcomed.
I look forward to serving your needs for many years."

Carla Zika
Secretary. Started with us
in 1998. Carla and her husband John have a daughter
and two sons. Carla enjoys outdoor activities and
quilting.
